In a separate bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, and salt. Gently fold the dry mixture into the wet ingredients using a spatula. Mix just until no dry flour remains—do not overmix.
Bake the Blondies
4 Pour the batter into the prepared pan and smooth the top evenly. Bake in the preheated oven for 30–35 minutes, or until the edges are set and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
Add the Honey & Salt Finish
5 While the blondies are still warm, gently drizzle honey over the surface. Sprinkle evenly with flaky sea salt. Allow the blondies to cool in the pan for at least 20 minutes before slicing.
Note
- For extra chewiness, slightly underbake and allow the blondies to set while cooling.
- Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days, or refrigerate for up to 6 days.
- You can add chopped nuts or white chocolate chips if desired, but keep the base simple to highlight the honey flavor.
