Ingredients
    For the Bulletproof Coffee Base:
  • 1 cup freshly brewed hot coffee (preferably organic, single-origin)
  • 1 tbsp unsalted grass-fed butter (or ghee for a dairy-free option)
  • 1 tbsp MCT oil (or coconut oil as an alternative)
  • Optional Add-ins:
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract (for added flavor)
  • 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon (for a warm spice kick)
  • 1 tsp collagen peptides (for extra protein and skin benefits)
  • 1 tsp unsweetened cocoa powder (for a mocha flavor)
  • 1-2 drops stevia or mouit sweetener (if you prefer a slightly sweet taste)
Instructions

    Use a French press, pour-over, or espresso machine to brew 1 cup of high-quality hot coffee. Make sure it is strong and freshly made for the best flavor.

Note
  • If you don’t have a blender, use a milk frother or an immersion blender to mix the coffee.
  • MCT oil is a highly concentrated source of medium-chain triglycerides, known for boosting ketone production and mental clarity. Start with 1/2 tablespoon if you're new to it.
  • For a dairy-free option, replace butter with ghee or coconut oil.
