Description

Indulge in the perfect balance of savory and sweet with this easy-to-make Baked Feta featuring juicy grapes, aromatic rosemary, and a luscious honey drizzle. A quick and elegant Mediterranean-inspired appetizer that pairs beautifully with crusty bread or fresh salad. Ideal for entertaining or a simple weeknight treat.

Ingredients
    For the Base:
  • 200 g block feta cheese (preferably Greek feta, firm)
  • 200 g seedless grapes (red or green, whole)
  • 2 sprigs fresh rosemary
  • For the Drizzle & Finish:
  • 2 tbsp honey (preferably mild-flavored, like clover or wildflower)
  • 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • Optional: pinch of chili flakes for a subtle kick
Instructions
    Preheat the Oven
  1. 1
Preheat your oven to 180°C (356°F). Prepare a small baking dish or ovenproof skillet just large enough to hold the block of feta and grapes comfortably.
  2. Arrange Feta and Grapes
  3. 2
Place the block of feta cheese in the center of the baking dish. Scatter the seedless grapes evenly around and on top of the feta. Tuck in the rosemary sprigs among the grapes for aroma.
  4. Drizzle and Season
  5. 3
Drizzle the honey and olive oil evenly over the feta and grapes. Sprinkle freshly ground black pepper on top. If you like a bit of heat, add a small pinch of chili flakes.
  6. Bake
  7. 4
Place the baking dish in the preheated oven. Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until the feta is soft and starting to turn golden at the edges, and the grapes have begun to blister and soften.
  8. Rest and Serve
  9. 5
Remove from oven and let the dish rest for 5 minutes. This allows the flavors to meld and the cheese to firm slightly. Serve warm with toasted baguette slices, crackers, or fresh greens.
Note
  • Storage: Best enjoyed fresh but can be refrigerated in an airtight container for up to 2 days. Reheat gently in the oven before serving.
  • Variations: Try swapping grapes for cherry tomatoes or adding toasted pine nuts for crunch. Fresh thyme works well instead of rosemary.
  • Serving Suggestions: Excellent as an appetizer with crusty bread or as a warm topping on salads and grain bowls.
