Ingredients
    For the Fajita Filling:
  • 500 grams chicken breast, boneless, skinless, thinly sliced
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 red onion, sliced
  • 1.5 tbsp 1.5 olive oil (or avocado oil)
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 0.5 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.5 tsp onion powder
  • 0.5 tsp dried oregano (optional)
  • 1 tsp salt (or to taste)
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 of Juice lime
  • Optional Toppings & Serving:
  • 6 flour 6–8 or corn tortillas, warmed
  • Sour cream
  • Shredded cheese (cheddar or Monterey Jack)
  • Guacamole or sliced avocado
  • Chopped fresh cilantro
  • Lime wedges

    Prepare the Ingredients

    Thinly slice chicken, bell peppers, and onion. Keep sizes even for uniform cooking.

    In a large bowl, combine chicken and vegetables. Drizzle with oil and add all seasonings and lime juice. Mix until fully coated.
