Kale, Sausage and Potato Frittata

I think Frittata’s are under-rated, you know what I mean? They’re basically a mix between a pizza and an easy quiche. Well I mean if pizza was made with eggs (yum)…and quiche was crust-less. Makes so much sense right!? Moving on…


We’ve all seen the occasional brunch Frittata, but how often do people eat brunch? Is this like a weekly thing? It’s definitely a handful of times of year thing for me.
