So, I’d never made meatloaf before (due to my aforementioned aversion to touching meat thing), but I have eaten it.
And oh my goodness this is the most stand out recipe of all time.
In the last couple weeks this salad has been my go to.
With a little prep beforehand dinner can be on the table in 10 minutes. That’s what I’m talking about!
Gnocchi is probably my favourite type of pasta. I’m a big fan of potatoes in anything, so obviously potato pasta is going to be a fav.
Boiling these guys is pretty great, and you’ll get a nice rich pasta dish. But…you’d be crazy not to want these pan fried to perfection instead.
Salads are not usually what I eat for a full meal, because they just…leave me wanting. I mean maybe for a lunch, but dinner? Nah.

This sandwich is the king of sandwiches. I’ve been craving a b.l.t for a while and then I realized that an egg would make take this from good, to amazing! I was right.
I cooked the egg so it’s oozy, but not super runny. It doesn’t make a huge mess, but you still get that yolk seeping out…mmmm. I mean if I can’t have cheese on a sandwich an egg is a pretttty good substitute, and really it’s healthier for you on the whole isn’t it? I think I can settle for now. Read more
